The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University promotes understanding through meditation, involvement with the United Nations, and a number of programs for exploring spirituality, which is regarded as the key to trust and respect. Their core values are “based on traditionally feminine qualities – patience, tolerance, sacrifice, kindness and love,” at at the helm of this global community is the ninety-two year old Dadi Janki (”daddy jan-key”).

I’ve had the deep honor of attending some of their leadership retreats in the New York Catskills and I look forward these random messages from Dadi. I’ll share more as they arrive. You can subscribe yourself by emailing: bkun@bkwsu.org

Dear friend,
Om shanti. This is a time for cleanliness and truth.  Then those around you will experience this and become happy. This is also a time for more silence. The less we talk, the more we catch signals through vibrations. Go deep inside and recognize the truth and the deep spiritual love of God.  Today human beings are thirsty for God’s love, for truth and for honesty.

95% of my time is for myself.  I am never busy.  Whatever I am doing, is service. My time is being used well.  What is service?  When we serve ourselves by transforming our hearts, we are serving.  Transformation of the heart can reach thousands of miles.  No matter how irregularly we meet, there should be a connection of love.  There should be a feeling of attainment, a feeling of companionship.  Ask yourself, what kinds of relationships do I have? What is the quality of my relationships with everyone? Let others experience the feeling of spiritual friendship with you.

With love,
Dadi Janki
