When I was a kid I wanted to be an astronomer, of all things!! :D That dream died in high school physics class, which was much too hard and too boring to do for the rest of my life.<br>However I still love to watch the night sky and imagine all those fiery orbs, all the planets circling them, all the amazing things that happen out there in the universe. :) :D This question always makes me laugh. I'm still working on the last one, but I already am a poet and I just got back into cycling, which makes me an explorer of country back roads and new, local places easy to miss when you're stuck in a car. I'm thinking of getting a masters in anthropology so I can do work related to ecotourism... combining all my loves into one package. Travel, writing, truth-telling, helping people... When I was six, my parents gave me a toy typewriter and I used to type "It was a dark and stormy night" over and over again (like Snoopy from the "Peanuts" did) because I thought that's what writers did. It's interesting, because today I write and make films, so obviously I haven't strayed far from my child self! A writer. I had color coded top-secret files on people I was investigating. I took notes on minute details of their lives and conversations and then researched and analyzed everything I could about what I had heard. Someone broke into our house right before Christmas and the first question I posed to the policemen who came to the house were "Did they steal my FBIFG files?" My mother still laughs about that. I ended up getting an undergraduate degree in journalism and French, then went to law school and now work for a company building out an IT system that is going to manage, analyze and report on the enterprise's content.
