We dull our lives by the way we conceive them. We have stopped imagining them with any sort of romance, any fictional flair… Reading life backwards enables you to see how early obsessions are the sketchy preformation of behaviors now.

Carrie says: As a child I dreamed about going to the Olympics. And I wanted to create my own magazine. At 12 years old I bought my first Vogue magazine and created a home made version, part diary, part scrapbook. Today I am still as passionate about running, and we have a daily on-line magazine!
Danielle says: “Poet. Social Worker. Disco Dancer.” I actually wrote this in my Grade 5 journal. I’m all of those things today. My dreams and drive are the same as when I was nine, just a little more informed and refined.
