    Move.

    Whether with respect to moving my body more, allowing my mind to move in new directions, to move homes or jobs. By utilizing the word MOVE more often permission is granted in my psychy to try and try again.

    My work for the year will be “absolutely”. I will try new things, accept invitations and be very, very positive.

    Theory. I tend to choose a position, and stick with it. I want to remember that my beliefs are all theories, and can change if new information or experiences inform me.

    in my relationships, all of them (parent, partner, in business too!) when i can choose to connect or be correct, i always want the former, but sometimes go with the later. this year is all about CONNECTING and CONNECTION!

    As I get older, I realize the preciousness of each relationship in my life and I want to make true & honest connection with each person.

    Change. I want to gradually become a completely different person by this time next year, in a lot of different areas. It will require a lot of sacrifice and different mindsets on my part, but I am confident it will be worth it.

    My word is BOLD. I will be bold and brave enough to speak my mind. I will be tactful, but I will stop editing myself to the point that I am no longer direct and clear in my intentions and my desires.

    Me. And Focus.
    My creative endeavors end up all over the place and I can never give enough attention to any that way. This year, I'm clearing out the projects that I'm only still involved in for other people and focusing on the projects that will help me grow and will fulfill me. I'm also on a path toward a healthier me so I'm putting myself first this year. I'm making the time to exercise and eat healthy and breathe. I've decided that 2009 is my year for me.

    Perfectly put – now is a great word. As a future-oriented person, this is an excellent reminder that all that we wish to achieve must begin now – little by little.

    You're word FOCUS is making me think that maybe my word should be COMPLETE. I tend to multi-thread myself at home, work and volunteering to keep myself out of trouble. I end up being all over the place too sometimes so I'm thinking that maybe I need to focus more on being complete myself and on completing the projects and things that come into my life this year.
