What would you like to revolutionize?

If you could rule for a day, make a decree for evolution, stir the ocean of social change…

The Art of Simple FoodCarrie says: Fast Food, Fast Food Values. Fast Food tastes good and is bad for you. There is no nutritional value in chicken nuggets. The most alarming ingredient in a Chicken McNugget is tertiary butylhydroquinone, or TBHQ, an antioxidant derived from petroleum that is either sprayed directly on the nugget or the inside of the box it comes in to “help preserve freshness.” According to A Consumer’s Dictionary of Food Additives, TBHQ is a form of butane (i.e. lighter fluid). Have you noticed that most litter on the street is junk food? I want to revolutionize the way we eat.

The Business of Being BornDanielle says: North America’s approach to birthing children must change – we’re approaching a crisis of consciousness that compromises not only women and children’s deep wellness, but the long-term health of our culture.
