For standing by me all those months as I worked on the iPhone app, Gratitude Journal. I couldn't have pullled it off without their believe and support.

I have been feeling so grateful for my friends and family lately. I've noticed that they accept me and encourage me, faaaaar more than I ever have myself. Im so very thankful for them all.

For being there whenever I needed them. For their unconditional love and support throughout the good and the bad. I am especially thankful for my husband… he is an angel with the way he handles my emotional-hormonal trips with my pregnancy!!!!

It seems like a tradition almost, at this point, but love and never-ending patience. Thanks for a year of very little eye-rolling!
And, C & D, thank YOU for all these lovely posts and contemplative questions! They've added greatly to my 2008 and certainly my 2009 as well. Take good care…Happy Holidays to you and your's!

I will thank:
- my husband for being a man who works really hard and helps me tremendously at home. I have so much more support from him than many of my peers who work outside of the home.
- our parents for making us and for being the silly, goofy, eccentric people they are.
- my middle sister for falling in love with a young man who is allowing my husband to learn more about himself by being a mentor and for giving us a darling baby nephew.
- my youngest sister for just being herself. She gives the family great comic relief.
- my friends for all of the opportunities to grow, share and better ourselves that we've shared over this past year.
- the people who work for me for being innovative, thoughtful and willing to challenge assumptions and push limits.

For showing up! In the snow, with a cold, being themselves and being willing to play games and get silly. I treasure these moments.

To my mom for being there and always supporting every single weird, wild and crazy idea I ever had (going off to austria by myself for 4 months with not a penny in the bank seemed like a good idea at the time…) – and for giving me the freedom to make my own mistakes.

I didn't do thanks as I should have. I thank my lucky stars for my wife everyday. She is the rock of my world. I don't thank her often enough.
I should thank my daughter who is inspiring and supportive and awesome.
I didn't do thanks enough. Let me start with this.

I need to thank you for going 'out there' every day for us, and for making me feel loved when I feel unloveable… xx

I am grateful for parents above – Terry and Linda – who always let me be me – even if they didn't always agree. I was never told I couldn't do or be anything I desired. They let me be curious, creative, and a whole heap of trouble. But still guided me when need be.

My darling daughter, who is so brave and such an inspiration to me every day. I love to laugh with you, more than anything.. xxx
