What We Learned This Week

We learned a lot of food-related things this week… Besides figuring out cheap but healthy foods just waiting for us in the grocery store, we learned that certain spices can actually improve our mood and health, and how easy it is to keep the yum! factor in a low-sugar or sugar-free life.

Moving on to relationships, we realized we may be causing unnecessary difficulties for ourselves and our partners because of our misunderstanding of true communication.

Speaking of difficulties, it’s possible we’ve cracked the code on how to get our kids out the door on time in the mornings. We also may have stumbled on how to get started on the often intimidating act of both yoga and meditation.
