What is the Quality of Your Thoughts?: a Brahma Kumari Message
I receive these occasional newsletters from Dadi Janki, leader of The Brahma Kumari spiritual community. Each is like a little star of wisdom, as are her books.

Dear friend,
Om shanti. Ask yourself, “What are the quality of my thoughts?” My thoughts should be pure, peaceful and determined. If I become even slightly peaceless, my power disappears.
What is spirituality? It is beyond religion, beyond race and culture. Every soul has the same form, but each has their own role to play. Some have lost experience of the truth inside of them. As a spiritual being, I must remain the image of truth and non-violence. Sometimes we perform violence on ourselves. Go into the depths of the meaning of truth and non-violence and see how powerful that is. Human beings have lost these two things. Bring back these things in your thoughts, words, actions, and relationships, and you will find you have so much impact.
With love,
Dadi Janki
