Carrie says: I have a gentle loving voice that competes with a bully. The bully likes to remind me I need to be more; fitter, smarter, further ahead. My muscle for stepping away is getting stronger, the voice is becoming more graceful and forgiving.
Jessica says: I have a pretty critical little voice in my head. It ALWAYS says I could have done better, no matter what the task or experience. Meditation, laughter, and surrounding myself with positive people helps to quiet it.
