What are your favourite natural remedies?
Q&A | July 22nd, 2008 13 Comments
Whether it’s an old recipe from your great grandma or the latest nutraceutical, natural remedies are part of most everyone’s wellness plan.

Carrie says:
- Acupuncture: Last year I was bitten by a dog on my face – major swelling and stitches. Two acupucture sessions later no scars, no plastic surgery!
- Bach Rescue Remedy: in drop form, calming and comforting. I use before a speaking gig.
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in a bath and eating plain yogurt to soothe yeast infections. (note: unsweetened yogurt, sugar feeds the yeast.)

Danielle says:
- Garlic: terrific for colds and throat infections. Swallow raw cloves whole. Chase it down with honey!
- Lavender oil: tension soother, great for skin irritations, especially Eczema.
- Blueberry juice: super duper anti-oxidant.
