Being able to find that perfect western wedding dress can be quite difficult, especially if you’re not sure where to look and with the modern industry it makes it even that much harder. In order to find that dress you’re going to have to look in some unique places so you’re able to find that perfect choice for your western wedding.

Here are some great ideas:

  • Search out and go look at some little known wedding shop outlets. Obviously since they are little known you’re going to have to know someone or do the leg work to search them out. If all else fails a bridal consultant should be able to help you. You’ll find that many of these tiny shops sell wedding dresses that you can find one of them with that western theme you’re setting up. If you find a dress that isn’t completely western but you find one that would be perfect, picture it with all of the little changes and elements you can add to it to make your ideal for a western wedding dress. Look for that long sleeved dress that is covered with a lot of ribbons and bows. Never turn away a dress that is too big if it’s something that you love, you can always get some alterations done. You’ll also want to check with the owner should you need some alterations/additions/changes as they often can do those changes themselves.
  • Check out sites like eBay or other auction sites for listings for a dress that has that western flair or something that would be easily altered to make it work. There are a plethora of brides that sell dresses on eBay and others and most of these have obviously only been worn one time. You can find that both unique and special themed dress you’re looking for and usually fairly budget friendly. You obviously can’t try them on and will have to get the alterations done somewhere else but if all else fails it’s the perfect place to look at.
  • Check out some online wedding boutiques by doing a quick search. You’ll find that through that quick search there are some western themed dresses you can get from a specialty retailer. Sometimes there will also be a local retailer with this same company, others are simply just online or out of state.
