Veteran’s life insurance is something that is provided through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs but is more commonly just referred to as the VA. Every veteran is entitled to benefits; however, even though this a life insurance based article we’ll go over a little history of the VA and the other benefits as well.

This head of the VA is a cabinet level appointed position and it supervises benefits for both the veterans of the armed services and their family. As you can imagine the department is quite large with a very large staff and has its offices all across the country. This is to ensure that things will run as smoothly as possible.

The VA was founded back in 1930 which were to respond to the very much growing and obvious need for departmental unification to help with the both complex and growing needs of United States veterans. So with this the VA was reorganized to make the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. The department is run by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

The Veterans Benefits Administration is one that will supervise all of the benefits of which the veterans are retired. The benefits include:
