Three Favourite Natural Remedy Resources
This is what works for me. I’m not a naturopath or a homeopath or a sociopath. I just know that Mother Nature’s path is usually the one that gets me back on track — and keeps me there.
Garlic
From Dr. Andrew Weil’s newsletter, (one of my favourite holistic remedy dudes,) this article, Garlic: The Wonder Root. This is a great review on the book, The Healing Power of Garlic.
Lavender Oil
Some of the best oils that money can buy are from Young Living Essential Oils. Primo. Par excellence. Pure. My husband and I actually received some of Young Living’s ROSE oil for a wedding gift (pure rose is very dear) and it was like drops of gold for us.
I’m always amazed when someone has a skin condition and they haven’t tried lavender oil. It’s amazing for any nerve-related skin affects.

Blueberry Juice
Nutritious and delicious. Just ask Oprah’s favourite (and hot!) doctor in the house, Dr. Oz. My body craves this stuff.
