It has various controls and software options which makes it very easy and interesting to use. One of the biggest advances that have been made is the stage treadmill. This is a treadmill which has various controls and speed options. This will help us to choose a setting which is suitable for our requirement. The variable speed allows us to choose a good speed for to begin with and then get faster as we build up stamina. This is very essential in the stamina building process. An athlete who is into health and fitness will vouch for a good treadmill and it will most probably be an integral part of his exercise routine. Hence we can see the influence this form of exercise equipment has on the fitness program. The treadmill has seen a lot of changes in the recent years. It has developed into a complex machine which has influenced health and fitness like not other machine.
