Changing Woman was found on a mountain and adopted by first man and first women when they reached fourth world. she grew up in one day and her adopted parents held the first "kinaldah"[coming of age ceremony] for her. she created the first four clans with pieces of her skin[four being a repeating theme in Navajo mythos] she experiences age[youth straight through to old age] each day and rebirth with each dawn. morning=youth[spring] midday=adolescence[summer] evening= adulthood[fall] night=old age[winter] ;) take it from a Navajo actually first man and first woman were entities that came into being in the Black world.
