These different forms of fitness serve the same purpose. They help us in staying fit and healthy. Sports clubs are the most popular among the different types of health clubs. These where formed for men and women looking to participate in sports, not for professional reasons but to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here people come together for a friendly game and play. This allows them to become active and healthy. The benefits of sports need not be explained. Every man who has played sports competitively has been a healthy man. This is the reason sports are popular every where. The number of people who play sports on a regular basis was less a few years ago. This trend has changed. This is a good sign.

Exercise and fitness all rolled into one is sports. There are different types of sports one can take up. It depends on the availability of the sport club and the area he is from. Some of the most popular sports clubs are the one’s which play soccer. This is also one of the most popular games on the planet. It is a high intensity game and requires a lot of stamina and skill to excel. A typical soccer player, during play will run an average of seven kilometres on the ground. This is a lot of distance and hence we can see why playing soccer is so popular among fitness enthusiasts. The need for a proper team is why soccer clubs have become popular. Exercise and fitness are very important to us. This means that we need to indulge in sort of fitness activity. The best thing to do is join a sports clubs. Some more of the popular sports clubs include cricket, swimming, basketball, baseball and so on. These are intense and require a lot of stamina. When one plays these games on a regular basis, he will be able to build the stamina to very high levels.

The body needs fresh air from time to time; this is the most important aspect of sports. Almost all of the above mentioned sports are played outdoors and hence outdoor fitness comes into the picture. The body is kept active, it interacts with surroundings, the exchange of air takes place and this is good for the body. The fitness levels of those who play regularly and those who do not are drastically different. Hence to stay fit one needs to either get into a gym or start playing a game. Taking up sports is a better option since it involves outdoor fitness. It also helps in the mental development of the person, inculcating a team spirit in him. This is a very important outcome of playing team sports. Hence the benefits of involving oneself in a sports club are immense. This is why they are so popular.
