		<description>Its true that we should reduce the quantity of sugar in our diet.Also breakfast should be heavy and healthy,lunch lighter and dinner lightest.This keep ur body fit and healthy.While watching T.V. i usually eat double the amount which leads to weight gain.So all the above points should be followed to loose all the extra weight.</description>
