Ah, I adore this! Of all the people to interview, I'm admiring of the fact that she chose you, and what a find!

thank you so much for this interview and the BLOG! as an hsp myself, i found your words eloquent and much-needed at the moment. i've been going through some things lately, and i'm starting to realize how much of my sensitivity is "fueling" it. i thought i had "gotten over" my emotional sensitivity, but.... well, i haven't. :-) i need to start taking better care of myself.

This is definitely me. I choose to see these qualities as gifts and things I honour and respect about myself.

Oh. My. Stars.........Epiphany! HSP explains so much about me. I didn't know about this until today. I think you just made my life make about 1000 times more sense, Carrie. And that's the second time this year. THANK YOU!

Great interview. I bought this book a few years ago and it gave me greater perspective on my sensitivity. Helped me to be more accepting of the fact that I am quite sensitive, which was buried beneath the exterior that served as a protective barrier to get me through the day. Our society often views sensitivity as weakness (and I did too) - now I'm more aware of the strengths that stem from it.
