Say Goodbye to Resentment; Ask for Thanks

The gesture of giving thanks unites us. In this short sweet video Dr. Laura Trice spoke at the TED Conference on the dynamic of saying “thank you” to heal and connect. And the power of asking to be thanked. So rather than fuel resentment, make a request from your partner, “I’d like to be thanked for working and preparing dinner” or from your kids “I’d like to be thanked for driving to and fro”. The beauty lies in giving and asking for thanks.
