Since ancient times baking bread has been a pure and simple ritual. To share bread is to connect, to love and to honor our earth. This ritual has been lost in the mass marketed processed food chain. No wonder there’s such an intense conversation about whether bread is good or bad. We visit an artisan bread maker and his wood burning oven to find out, can bread still be good for you?
