When are you at your best?
When wearing cream-coloured clothing. My sweater coat and English wool hat. I look most fabulous in the presence of my son, and at my daughter’s wedding I was glowing with happiness.
Inspiration
Recent inspirations include the movie Juno, which I loved—it was me in many ways—and the book Awakening into Oneness by Arjuna Ardagh. This is an incredible book speaking about oneness which I have noticed is being used politically quite frequently. It may be a wee bit heavier than what I would write, but it is an amazing book to read.
What do you cherish?
I cherish the dreamlike qualities of life, reduced attachment, and practicing good-heartedness toward all beings. The trick is to have positive intention during the dream. This is true spirituality!
How do you interpret your two words?
Cherished means to me: Integrity. Everything present in my life has a story behind it. I cherish every moment of every day because who knows about tomorrow.
Playful means to me: Enjoying whatever it is that I’m doing.
