1.) Being Creative in every way everyday.
2.) Hot tea on cool breezy mornings
3.) My puppy Rigby, I love how he rolls on his back.
4.) Taking my daily walks.
5.) Hugs
6.) Buying flowers for my sister, she deserves delight in her life.
7.) Signing in American Sign Language with my mom.
8.) Gratitude everyday, always

This morning my almost 2 year old daughter and I went swimming with her grandma. I’m grateful her gradma is alive and well and in the same city as us. I’m grateful we have a nice relationship with her. I’m grateful live in a place that values its citizen’s health and well being so much so that we’ve created a financial and poltical structure that allows for well maintaine local community centres and swimming pools. I’m also grateful for the hot water in the showers after the pool!
