- Bacardi Island Breeze – This is another lower calorie drink. The reason for this is that this drink is produced with another product rather than the usual sugars in the production process. You’re getting a lower alcohol level as in the other option looking at 18% comparative to the usual level of 35%.
If you’re looking for low calorie wines there are some options that you can go with. You should keep in mind though that if you’re trying to promote weight loss drinking any type of low calorie wine, or even simply just a low calorie diet with some wine thrown in will not help you to lose weight. If you’re looking to lose weight you should build in an exercise routine as well.
