We had the pleasure and delight of staying at The Four Seasons Hotel when we were in Toronto on our book tour. This is what I received:
Respect: everyone greeted us by name.
Thoughtful anticipation: slippers next to my bed.
Suprise: handmade chocolates after dinner.
Timely: all my requests were fufilled immediately.
These mottos can carry us through our day whether it is in our business or our marriage. Thank you, Four Seasons, we felt cherished.
