The number of children who are taking up fitness is increasing steadily. There are various aspects of fitness which one needs to know. If they are taught at an early age the better it is. The fitness program of a small child cannot be the same as that of an adult. This means that there needs to be special attention given to them. They need to be moulded in the right fashion.
