When we launched the Daily Q&A, the whole team here was prepared to call our friends and ask them to jump into the Q&A discussion to ‘get it going.’ So when we woke up on Pacific Time and the conversation was well underway, we were THRILLED! It’s working!

But we’ve got to say, we are blown away at the DEPTH and HONESTY of every answer. Really, I was expecting quick sentences, a bullet point or two. We are all so touched — and inspired! But, duh…we’re in the inspiration business. And you receive what you give. And we’re inspired to give more.

Personally, I needed the boost this week. The book is out, the Daily is launched, the capital is raised, the team is tight…and the work has just begun. We have plenty of glamor goodies in what we do. We did a great morning talk show today (still have on my falsey eye lashes. TIP: do not do TV with out extra lashes.) We rocked the house at a speaking gig on Monday. And our Sunday talk at The Cross in Vancouver is going to be packed.

And in this mix of hits, there are plenty of disappointments. Our relationship with our US publisher is hardly the love fest we are accustomed to. We’ve let go of some good staff recently because strategic growth called for such tough decisions. Growing pains. The divine mix.
