If you had an audience of a billion people, what would you say?

Carrie says: Your body tells the truth. Listen and it will tell you when you need to speak, when you have had enough to eat, and when to rest. Sometimes, sore shoulders really indicate that you are carrying a burden. Think about that. Is your throat sore because there’s something you need to say? Your body is a magnificent machine – heed it. Respect it.

Danielle says: A billion people… My message would be: You Know. You know the answer to your questions. You know what’s right for you and what’s wrong for you.
