Some people find it arduous to lose weight consistently and more importantly in a healthy way. Crash diets are reproved of and changing your healthy weight loss food charts too often normally doesn’t produce any marked results. You need to find a diet plan that concords with your daily food habits and still are HEALTHY for that matter. You want to eat normal yet lose weight. Being “on a diet” is passé never really rendered any positive outcome.

ALWAYS GO FOR A BALANCED DIET BUT DO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF FOOD OPTIONS!

You should always have a balanced and healthy weight loss food as recommended by the entrenched dieticians in the industry, but do keep in mind that bestowing you with a lot of eatable choices will only increase the chance of overeating and thus, diminish the probability of losing weight.

ADDING EXTRA CONDIMENTS TO YOUR HEALTHY DIET!

Lots of mayonnaise on salads and too much of butter on baked potatoes isn’t going to help in your healthy weight loss food plan. So, along with upholding a balanced diet chart, do remember to lose the harmful additives as well.

ADDING SOME PROTEIN TO YOUR DIET!

Adding some protein can curb the appetite and thus result in less eating between meal times. This will direct to loss of weight over the time. But it should be done by consulting a dietician as this, if wrongly done, will add more calories to the body and will also disrupt the “several meals a day” rule.

So, basically the foods that help in reducing the weight is as follows:

· Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits as healthy weight loss food, at least portioned at five times a day. You should also go for the whole cereal meals like bread, rice, potato, pasta, etc. Brown food products are much better than the white ones.

· Go for moderate amount of animal products. You should always eat the lean or low-fat meats rather the high fat content ones. But do remember you need the essential vitamins and minerals though.

· Do avoid fat-rich foods like chocolates, pastries, gourmets, fudges, etc but eat them on a once in a blue moon to satiate the soul.

· Lots of fluids in an integral part of the healthy weight loss food; cannot emphasize on that more. You should drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day and that’s JUST NORMAL.

Don’t go by the words of any unknown newly instigated website; parleying the doctor is always the best!
