This is an amazing book.I read Escaping Toxic Guilt, by Susan Carrell recently and am working through all this guilt I feel constantly.
This book was definitely for me. I learned the difference between Good Guilt and Toxic Guilt.
I think the quizzes is what really got me thinking.
I used to constantly think I have done something wrong, especially at work. I was always worried I forgot something, and felt guilty all night and it would just happen almost on a daily basis. It was getting quite ridiculous. When I read the first line in Chapter 1 ,What is Guilt - I knew this book was for me!

self compassion is a big one. Having survived Catholic high school, it took a while for me to figure this one out -- treating yourself like you'd lovingly treat your best friend is a great cure for the guilties.
