It is better to stay fit than to repent later. This holds well today much more than before. The stresses on the body today are immense. There are various types of illnesses which are caused due to the lifestyles that we lead. These are actually very difficult to diagnose and extremely difficult to contain and cure. Hence to avoid these serious complications all we need to do is look after our health and stay fit. This is actually a very tough task in today’s world. We are faced with the most serious problem and that is called lack of time. Hence to overcome this issue we need to learn a set of fitness exercise. These are the most important and the best things to do while trying to stay fit. The reason for stressing on it is because once we are able to master fitness exercise, and then it is easy for us. Lack of time is not an issue. The best part of this routine is that we need very less time for it.

To begin with we need to join a good fitness centre. This is the right place to start. These are the places where health is given its due importance. Here we are guided and shown the right path. At the fitness centre we can learn to stay fit, the need to stay fit and how important it is for us to take up fitness. The entire concept of fitness revolves around our involvement. Without out whole hearted support and interest there is not point. Hence we need to be dedicated and serious about staying fit. The consequences of not staying fit should be enough to motivate us. Staying healthy is not as easy as it seems. The body has been put through a lot of stress and strain. This is not a good thing. We first need to recover from this and it will take some time. Patience is very important as there is absolutely no chance that we will see over night changes. A dedicated and concentrated effort is the need of the hour. If we are of the habit of smoking and drinking, they need to be stopped as soon as possible. These are the number one killers of today. If we realise what they are doing to our bodies, we should quit them. This is almost half the work done.

Then on concentrating on our lifestyle, making the necessary changes, even if they are small and sticking to a routine is very important. The fitness work out that we take up needs to be flexible. The body needs to be conditioned so that we can stay fit and strong for a longer time. The fitness work out is one of the most important aspects of the entire process. This will decide if we are fit or not. It needs to be centred on our body and our need and it should also be good and effective so that we can see results.
