Enthusiasm is the most effective force for getting in shape. Five minutes of joyful movement will burn more calories than an hour of miserable exercise that you resent. Stop the misery, activate the joy.

Carrie says: Running. Alone. I love, adore and cherish running. Being outside, in communion with nature, is how I get my inspiration and clear my head. This is when I get ideas, feel unburdened and really feel like myself.
Danielle says: Dancing in my kitchen with my kid and hubby. Kundalini fire breathing opened me up in a big way. The Kundalini Yoga With Gurmukh video changed my relationship to yoga.
