The macro nutrients need to be consumed more than the micro nutrients.

He understands the need to eat good food, which is rich in the nutrients which are necessary. One of the biggest problems that we face today is the overload of any one type of nutrient. This will cause a lot of effects in the form of mal nutrition. Even if we are looking healthy without the right amount of nutrients of the different types, the possibility of falling ill is very high. Hence good nutrition is as important as the quantity of food that we consume. This is the reason fitness and diet experts’ advice to eat less but eat healthy. This will ensure better metabolism as well as more nutrient absorption. Good food is important in maintaining a healthy body as well as mind. Hence there is immense importance given to the type of food that we eat on a regular basis.
