organic produce should be made affordable, the only way for it to become such is that more farmers must be able to employ the “technique” therefore the prices will become competitive.

Organic products are really nice and all that, but they tend to be really more expensive then they should be.
Local farmers that are growing organic food should not sell their food to large chain supermarket because they are overpricing it.

We have several markets that are open year round. The variety of fresh fruits and vegetables decreases in the winter, but there's still lots of yummy stuff available.
