I totally buy into being conscious and creating some space between our Godly, soulful selves and our ego AND I also think that we were put on this earth to be Godly souls in a physical body. I really love Dr. Christiane Northrup and her attitude about health and self care and our need to make sure that the conveyance of our soul- i.e our body- is well cared for and will last. That may not be contradictory with detachment but I admit it does confuse me at times…
