You know the saying “It takes a village to raise a child” well it takes a team to help me be my healthiest and happiest. From my acupuncturist, chiropractor, naturopath to Buddhist therapist, I believe in keeping my mind, body and soul nurtured. I shudder to think of the money and time I’ve spent the last 20 years on headache remedies, sports injuries and fertility issues searching for the right team. I have finally found them! I met the first member after I was bitten by our neighbour’s old deaf and blind dog, Chewy. I had surprised him with what I thought was a loving cuddle and he chomped my face! Warning do not do this!! After many hours in the hospital and several stitches later the doctor advised me to see a plastic surgeon.

Ironically, it was Chewy’s loving owner who suggested acupuncture as an alternative to plastic surgery.
