California Wine Gift Basket
For the wine connoisseur on your list there can be nothing much better than a California wine gift basket for whatever occasion it might be, or even just a simple thank you for something they did for you.
It’s possible you might be wondering to yourself, why California wines. The reason for this is fairly simple. California wines have become recognized as one of the very best wines. You don’t even have to limit yourself to giving to the wine connoisseur; anyone that loves or appreciates a bottle of wine would enjoy a gift basket.
When it comes to the wine baskets themselves there are some different ones that you can give. Some people might be tempted to do a French or Italian wine, which of course is a great wine; however they are extremely expensive and you’re most likely going to be able to give only one bottle so this is the reason for you to opt for California wine. Not only is it cheaper but you also don’t have to sacrifice quality to stay within that price.
The Napa Valley is quickly becoming one of the biggest hubs in terms of wine makers. One of the added benefits to the California wine is since they are made in country that will be another reason why you have some cost savings.
When it comes to the wine basket itself you can include however many bottles you want to. Usually it’s recommended to put in at least a selection of two to three if you can so they can get some variety; especially if they haven’t tried a California wine in the past.
You also want to make sure you put in a good cheese selection and some cheese crackers with the bottles. Also you can include some wine accessories and other startup things for the person that enjoys wine but doesn’t really have everything they need as they don’t drink it at home too much, or are simply just starting out their collection.
