A budget planner is something that there is a lot of reasons for use and something that you can get for free and print out for use.

The reason people will need to use them is for either budgeting or saving money and a combination of both. By following a budget you can eliminate your debt by focusing on your money and where it’s really going. The following is going to give you some of the information that you need to get yourself on track.

Gather Your Bills

First you’ll want to gather up all of your bills and open up a new template in your Excel and put in your monthly budget, debts, bills and your deposits. If you don’t have Excel you can use it from Google Documents or download it for free from Open Office at http://www.openoffice.org

Determine Your Worksheet

Figure out how you want your budget worksheet to look. If you are getting your money weekly, bi-weekly or monthly you’ll want to list it out that way so you can match your incoming with the outgoing. You can use the Excel formulas to calculate for you before you print out your worksheets.

When making the worksheet for your household you’ll want to make sure that you’re including all debt, income and expenses for all people in that household that use the income into the worksheet.

Preview Your Work

Finally look over your work and you should have a better picture of your incoming and outgoing money in addition to the debt that you have that’s going to need to be paid. Once you’ve set up your worksheet print it out. The final step is to just make sure that you use it so you can track your budget and stay or get out of debt.
