Budget Planner, Easy Approach for Your Monthly Budget

Budgeting, Money, Wealth | February 1st, 2010 No comments

When it comes to your budget planner you might start to get a little worried that it has to be so difficult and you’re not going to be able to get it done. Your budget isn’t something that you have to be afraid of. By following some of the information included in the rest of this article you’ll be on your way to an easy approach for an easy monthly budget that will work for you.

The three easy steps are as follows:

  1. Get all of your monthly expenses together along with all of your receipts and pay stubs from any type of income that you have coming in the door. If you have the actual statements that are going to be the most helpful to you since you’ll have the exact due dates and amounts right directly in front of you.
  2. Write out the name and the amount of every bill that you have with its due date on a calendar. You’ll also write the amount that you make for each of your checks and the dates that you are getting paid. If you lay it out this way and put it on the calendar you’ll be able to match all of your due dates with the dates you get paid.
  3. Getting out a separate piece of paper you’ll want to write down all of your pay dates again and what your expected net income is likely to be. List out all of the bills that you have that you need to have paid from each of your paychecks so you’re not paying anything late. If you have any money left over you’ll have to put in some savings and if you don’t have anything left over for savings you’ll want to look at some places where you can cut your budget down.
