We live in times where competitive levels are very high. We need to stay ahead in everything to make a mark on things. Life is very difficult and there are enormous amounts of stress on our body and mind. The stress on the mind is seen in mental trauma and illnesses and health problems are the physical manifestations. There are many illnesses which we suffer from today. These illnesses are due to high level of ignorance and disregard to the warning signs. It is very common to see people leading a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. Such a lifestyle is harmful in various ways. The metabolic rate of the body goes down and fat accumulates at an alarming rate. Body fitness comes in to the picture here.

Only with continued dedication and unfailing adherence to the routine will show positive results. If we are irregular it can have adverse effects on the body. While getting into an exercise routine one needs to be prepared. The body is not very easily moulded. The lifestyle would have taken a very heavy toll on it.
Hence conditioning is extremely important. Fitness tips will include ways to prepare the body for exercise. There are various ways to warm up, these form part and parcel of any exercise routine. If we do not warm up the muscles it can create a lot of problems which can sometimes need medical intervention. Hence good fitness tips will tell us to be extra careful while taking up an active lifestyle. There are many advantages of becoming active and healthy. It is on any day more advantageous than a sedentary lifestyle. The number of people who lead unhealthy lives and those who suffer from illnesses is very high today. They need to take up fitness on a serious basis. It is not only themselves, who are affected, but their families and the generations to come. Hence staying healthy and fit is actually a responsibility that we have towards ourselves and many others. Fitness is a lifestyle and we need to take it up very soon and very seriously.
