Best Weight Loss Diet
I have seen a number of weight loss diet programs, but, this is the best I’ve come across. It is natural, which makes it safer, it’s simple and easy, and very effective. You have nothing to lose by trying it (except a few pounds) and it just might change your life. As always, talk to your doctor before trying it, especially if you have any medical condition or a history of problems. Also, it is much more effective to use a moderate exercise program along with this diet. Please follow this program for at least 5-10 days.
Every morning when you wake up, and every evening before going to bed, put a tablespoon full of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and drink the water. Then follow this diet plan:
Breakfast
3 cups of coffee (black)
1 cup of milk mixed with ginger or cinnamon
1 cup carrot juice with beet
Lunch
2 cups of carrot juice and a half of a beet
1 cup of milk mixed with ginger or cinnamon
1 cup of grapefruit juice
Fish or chicken or roast without salt (any amount)
Dinner
2 cups coffee (black)
2 cups carrot juice with half of a beet
1 cup ginger or cinnamon (without milk) and yogurt
(if you are hungry you can take 2 cups of ginger or cinnamon)
Follow this plan for 5-10 days for the best weight loss program I’ve found.
