This is because the muscles are not ready for the activity. The right fitness music is also essential. This sets the right tone and hence helps in building up the process.

After the warm up, the aerobic session can begin. This will involve the systematic movement of the hands and the legs. This will ensure that they are all worked to the right degree. The rhythmic nature of this exercise is the reason it has become popular in health and fitness clubs. There are many centres which offer classes on this type of exercise. The fact is that this form of exercise is the most popular one all over the world. It makes sure that the body is worked up to the right extend. The beneficial aspects of this exercise are that it helps in loosening up the muscles. It also helps in increasing the stamina and the endurance levels. The excess fat will most surely be burned up while doing aerobic exercises. This is the reason they have become so popular. They increase the lung capacity and the resistance levels of the body. A good health and fitness club will have trained aerobic instructors who will guide the users in the right manner.
