5 Tips to Create More Time to Make More Money

1. Focus: What is your guiding vision? What is the look, feel and spirit? This is essential to know because it’s easy to get pulled out by other ideas, be distracted and waste time.
2. Prioritize: Stephen Covey in his book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People says “prioritize work that is important but not urgent” to ensure you are making progress towards your own goals and dreams, instead of reacting to whatever comes your way. Be proactive not reactive. Every morning take some time before you check your email or get on the phone, be still and create a guiding vision list.  Check in at the end of the day  to acknowledge and align with your vision.
3. Build with people: As you move forward with guiding your business, be thoughtful and aware of every experience throughout the day. A connection made at your child’s music class can lead to a great accountant and sharing your vision opens up possibilities for you and others.
4. Low hanging fruit: It’s easier to obtain success and save time by looking for what already exists. For example it’s easier for us to grow Style Statement than start a new idea. What are you doing right now that can you grow?
5. Be automative and viral: Anything and everything from banking, book keeping, telephone, graphic design keeps overhead down and frees up time to lead your business.
